regarding I-129 form part 4, question g

I am filing extension of H1b1 myself. On I-129 form, part 4, question g: have you ever filed an immigration petiton for any person in this petition ? If yes, explain on separate paper.

What does this mean? Explain what on a separate paper? The person' name and why to apply for this person or something else?

If somebody knows, thanks very much for help.
 
did somebody apply for a I130 or i140 for you? Did you apply for a I485? if yes, give the copy of receipt/approval as attachment.
