Regarding H1 transfer.

HI,

I have applied for H1 for year 2010. I got my H1 approved on OCT 2010. But till date, I haven't received my approval notice from my employer. He is telling that he haven't recieved it yet.

I am pretty much doubting my employer, that he is playing games with me. I am looking to transfer my H1. Can I do this H1 transfer with out getting stamping in India. I have just got my H1 and my previous I94 was on F1 status.

My main question is can I still apply for H1 transfer with that I20 and with out getting stamping.

Can some please help me on this. Thanks in advance.

------ it simply means employer does not have job for you and you need H1 approval notice and job offer letter to go for H1 visa stamping.
I am pretty much doubting my employer, that he is playing games with me. I am looking to transfer my H1.
----- You cant transfer H1 if you are not in US and not working on Valid H1 status and dont have H1 based pay stubs.
Can I do this H1 transfer with out getting stamping in India.
---- You dont have H1 approval notice with you with H1 based I-94 and you are not working on H1 status.
