Regarding FP

I have a wife and kid need to take FP in St.Louis MN.
I heard for taking FP officer will ask for two identifications.
My wife and kid won't have any driver's licence.
The EAD RD 09/30 ND 10/22 till now not approved. How i can get the second identification. MY H1 expiering on 11/11/02. I applied for ext 11/01/02..
My lawyer said there is no need of H4 for dependents if they are not working and I485 applied.
I went to driver's licenece office for applying state ID. Those guys are asking for H4 I94 validity more than 2 months which i don't have and iam not going to get because iam not applied for H4.
I showed them "Notice of Action" of I485 but they are not taking any consideration.
Gurus get me out of this crisis...need yours valuable suggestions...
 
Passport is good enough

For our FP at Oakland, CA we showed our passports and FP notices and that was enough. They did not ask for second form of ID. You may want to call the number that is listed on the notice and double check if indeed bringing two forms of IDs is a must.
