Regarding DS-156 Question 36 (Immigration)

Hi,

I have question regarding question no 36 on the DS-156 form i.e has anyone applied for an immigrant petition for you?

My case is as below
- Got 3 years extension beyond six years based on Labor and I-140 approval
- I485 has not been filed yet
- Part 7 within form I-140 included the dependent (spouse) details.But I am not sure if this is only for informational purpose or whether it means that I-140 has been applied for wife as well

Questions:
- What should I answer to this question: YES or NO?
- What should my wife answer to this question: YES or NO?

I-140 is immigration petition. If employer filed I-140 for YOU then you will answer YES.
If employer has not filed I-140 for your spouse then your spouse will write NO
