I dont know whether I need canada visa if i have EAD and AP documents

still I need to appear to canadian council?

Requirement for a Canadian visitor visa depends on your citizenshio when you are not a GC holder.

Which countries passport do you have? It depends on that.
If Indian passport then you need visa until you get PR card. EAD won’t give you anything for travelling. It takes about 20-25 days to get visiting visa. Usually they don’t call for interview.
