I am applting for green card and ready to submit the required forms.( I-495)Do we need to do medical and finger printing before i send the form?

the forms are (i-130/i-485/i-864/g-325a) and Yes you need to send the medical form (i-693) but the finger prints will done by a local USCIS office, they will send you an appointment once you have submitted the forms and fees.
