REgarding AP

Hi
I want to travel for 3 to 6month regarding project.I am going to apply for AP.My 140 is still pending ND dec2006.If i leave US before Ap get approve Can my company post Ap back to me so i can come back or will be there any problem?

Can any one plz advise
 
To my understanding your AP should approved and should have in your hand before travel. Otherwise you have to apply AP from abroad from re-entering

No, You should have it in hand unless you have valid H to reenter. Travel without its approval means you abondon your pending I-485 and all related applications (EAD and AP). (BTW have you aplied for I-485? whitout which you can not apply for AP)

Thanks for ur reply.Yes i already filed my 485 and got EAD too.I didnt apply because my lawyer too busy to do.(july Madness)
