Hi there!
I NEED to know when people applied for I 130 for parents with the Vermont Service Center and if/and when they were approved.
My husband applied for his parents in Oct 2003 and they are now processing Dec. 2005. He has contacted them numerous times and went to his local office to check on what is going on....he was given no direct answer.
We are now going through our congressman to get the answer, but it would help to know if people have applied after us and have received approvals for your parents. Thanks SOOOO much!
