Reg scheduling an InfoPass appointment

When scheduling an InfoPass appointment, the choices we get on the USCIS website are:

1. Order from Immigration Court- If you were directed to us for processing based on an order from the Immigration Judge. You must bring all documents required in the post order instructions given to you by the court. (NOT APPLICABLE in my case.)

2. Case Processing Appointment - If you received a notice to go to your local office for further case processing. (NOT APPLICABLE in my case.)

3. EAD inquiry appointment - If your I-765 employment authorization application has been pending for more than 90 days. (NOT APPLICABLE in my case.)

4. Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry. You must bring the Service Request ID Number related to your inquiry to the appointment. (NOT APPLICABLE in my case, since I have not opened a Service Request.)

# 4 might be the closest, but I don't think I can use it, since I have not opened a Service Request.

So which of the above choices do people select when making an InfoPass appointment to check on their N-400 case status in person? Any personal experiences welcome.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

They never asked me for service request number when I did Infopass a few months ago. By scheduling an Infopass USCIS realizes you have question about your case regardless of it you have a service request number.
