I got my current H1-B after an advanced degree. I got my visa through F1 and was expired and did not go for stamping with current H1-B. The current H1-B expires end of sept10. Now H1-B extension is filed for Oct-2010 to sept 2013. After I got my extension can I go for stamping with new H1-B. If so, can I reenter US before new H1-B starts?
For example, If I get my H1-B extension approval by Jun 15th, can I go for visa around June 30th, and return to the US around July 15(because my new H1-B does not start until beginning of Oct and my current H1-B does not have visa stamped on my passport)
