PD mentioned in the I-140 is August 4, 2005. Am from India and applied I140 and 485 before Sept 30, 2005 retro date. Could anybody advice if my 485 approval timeline? Addtionally If I plan to move to a different employer in a different state, how cautious should be reg. taking up a job with "Same title" and "Same prevailing wages" as it was mentioned in my labour application.
