Reg my mom's visitor's Visa

Hello,

Situation: My mom got her B2 Visa(10yr Mul Entry), and she came to US for the first time in April ending and will be going back in June ending(basically her stay is for only 2months here), and since I need her help in Oct for Maternity purpose, she is planning to come back in Oct 1st week for a period of 3-6 months depending on her health.

My Question: can some one please ans this Q for me as to, can she come back in a period of 4 months again? to stay for 6 months in US?...she would be staying in India from July - Oct and will be coming back for a period of 3-6 months. Is this acceptable or is there a restriction on staying for a period of 6 months in India before coming to US for 6 months? or can she come to US any time she wants(for a period of 6months) though she has 10yr multiple entry visa?

Visa = Allows the holder to approach a US POE and request admission
Officer @POE = Decides whether to grant entry or not and for how long


Since your mother has a 10 year multiple entry visa, she is free to seek admission in October. Whether she is granted entry (and for how long) or not cannot be speculated. I don't see an issue for her, but I will not give any guarantees either.
