I am a student on F1 visa since 2000 August. My I-20 expired in December 2002. I applied for a H-1B in march 2003 and got a RFE in August. I submmitted an RFE and now got a denial in September.
What is my status? I haven't been working since the beginning of this yr... Can I immediately appeal this case and apply for a new H-1B form a different service center.....?
If so what am I supposed to tell the INS when I file a new petition....?
