My visa was refused in Chennai under section 221(g) and I was told that though I qualify for the visa, my consulting company needs to provide detailed descritption of the project on which I will be working and also the list of the clients the company has. I have requested the company to provide such information. However, I need to know if the company fails to provide such info or if the info suppied by them are not satisfactory, what options do I have? Can I look for some other sponsoring company who can transfer my H1?
