Refile Question, Please help

Hi Dear All

My lawyer screwed up my last case and I fired them. Now I am thinking about refile.

There is one questoin, in the I140, it says if I have filed a peition, I have to append a explanation.

Could anyone please help me about what kind of explanation I should put in there? Since my petition is currently in appeal, I am wondering what kind of thing I should say.

My petition is under NIW.

My case is really pissed off.

I am in the Wireless Research area. I obtainted 8 references latters. 6 of thems are from completely independent professors. The INS asked me to obtain letters from Government agencies. Since I am working for a conpany, I didn't get that. As a result, my lawyer send REF with more letter and said INS is wrong at asking for such letters.

I think this make INS angry. They deny me and certify my case to AAO directly for review. That's the current situation.

Please do help me.
