reference letters: how different should they be?

My prepared a bunch of reference letters by myself. Although I got lots of help from the templates that my friends gave me, the letters still contain my writing style, and if I read the letters carefully I can see my fingerprints on all these. I am sure immigration officer won't notice it if he/she just reads them one after another, but it could be problem if they decided to look at all of them at the same time.

Has anyone received RFE saying that the reference letters look similar?

I didn't have any other option, as everone who provided me the letter wanted to have a draft from me.

Do not use the same set of words atleast. Once you have written a letter, give it your friends and ask them to rephrase few sentences, so that the style varies a little. Make sure atleast beginning and end of letter is totally different in terms of the words used.
Yes, someone got an RFE, search these threads...prolly after Nov 2005.

Try to make them as different as possible.
