@SusieQQQ and @Britsimon while going through your links I noticed something and I am not sure if i should bring it up with someone associated with this lottery.

"The following is the statistical breakdown by foreign state of chargeability of those registered for the DV-2019 program:"

Please check the screenshot..why is this number 0? it states "Registered" - I am from this country...and I know of people who are from here who registered as well...how could the number of registered users be 0?

Those are people registered as selectees - it’s not entrants.
If you read above those tables the section starts by saying “The Kentucky Consular Center in Williamsburg, Kentucky has registered and notified the winners of the DV-2019 diversity lottery. “... and all following references to those “registered” refer to selectees only, not to all entrants.

I find it rather amusing how you keep looking for some form of conspiracy theory against Caribbean applicants :)
