REF Received!!!

Hello Friends:

Can some-one tell me how long it will take after VSC received medical for my wife. According to AVM at VSC: received REF on 09/20/01.
It is more than five years-waiting for me, now, I am getting real frustrated.

Even I received the RFE,

I dont know what is it for. I had been to India for a month and came y\'day. Is there a time frame we need to respond??.

Automated voice says they mailed RFE on Aug 9th and I haven\'t received any copy yet though, may be lawyer has it??.

Call your lawyer, he or she must received it. RFE always goes to your attorney. They (VSC) mailed my RFE on August 30, 2001 and My attorney received it on September 7, 2001 (Friday). You have to keep in touch with your lawyer regarding the above. anymore question, please ask!!!

The RFE is for my wife\'s medical. When I filed my I-485 back in Oct\' 2000 she was pregnent, therefore, INS want\'s completed medical
for her again. I thought it was only vaccinations!!! Hope, this will help!

My RFE could be same as yours..

My wife was also pregnant at that time, I hoped we might have to do it. Again is there a time frame for this??, I am worried as I was out of station for more than a month from RFE date.

You might have to do your wife\'s completed medical again. Contact your attorney immigiately. The response time is for RFE is between 12-weeks. They received my RFE on Sep 20, 2001 according to AVM.
