How long it usually takes for approval?
Should I call IIO after a week? I will be checking AVM daily.

From earlier posts, it takes from 2 weeks to a month after RFE received to get approval. You can check for previous posts. Hope this helps.

How do you know that the INS recd it on 2/23
I also sent the RFE on 2/22
But the IIO said that they have not yet recd the response

My attorney did FedEx on 2/20 overnight, by tracking record of FedEx, INS received on 2/21.

AVM updated 2/27 and says "we received the additional information on 2/23 which was requested ..., It takes 365 to 540 days to process this type ..... As we alreday done preliminary process .... it will take another 180 days to complete this process ... if your case is taking longer .. or if you have problem talk to IIO ... "

I would suggest check AVM daily, if 2 weeks past and avm do not update call IIO.

thanks for the reply. Actually mine was recd on 2/22 by the mail room. But today when I called IIO they said the system does not show and she was saying that could be due to mail room backlog. is that possible.
