REF rec\'d at 05/09 still waiting, is there anything wrong?

RE replied 05/02/01
RE received 05/09/01

On 05/21 called II, and I was told to wait 2 - 3 weeks.
called an II this morning, and the answer is 30 days minimum.

Anybody have idea what is going on? Is there anybody has the similar problem?
