Our case ND was April 20,2002, got the Ref copy from my Lawyer, they are asking:
1) Husband (primary ) Employment Letter 2) copy of the Household or Village Registry reflecting the entry of the marriage
and and the copy of the boolet issued by the appropriate city office of the Civil Administration Ministry , lists the names of the married parties, the date of marriage, the registration # and the data of issue, and the proper marriage certification stamp.
For me:
1)Copy of the household or Village Registry reflecting the entry of child
2)copy of the booklet issued by the province's health department reflecting the child's name, gendar, date of birth, and both parents namse.
My questions are:
what the village registry? Can my birth certificate replace that one? Does anyone has the same refs? what documents did you bring to your lawyer? Thanks a lot!!!
