Ref on I140

Hi
I am a s/w Engg. and my wife is a physical therapyst and we filed our greencard through my wife employeer(she filed her greencard from H4 status.)
And we got REF on I140.
What do you think that ref may be.........
what are the possible questions they my ask.


i am little bit tensed.......
 
a lot of thing might be asked for the I-140. just wait for the letter from uscis.

its mostly employers info..

like employers financial statements, employers tax documents. they will also see if your employer has enough funds to pay you for next few years. this is called eligibility to pay.

bottom line they get all info regarding employer..

I am not sure if it is the "bottomline".

RFE "Request for Evidence" can be on any other information that the USCIS needs. This can be the employer info, your education/certificates, a form that you filled incorrectly, clarifications or anything else.

So just wait for the letter from the USCIS.
 
no. that was my RFE before. what the lawyer needs to do, is submit a new prevailing wage to uscis.
