Ref issued for July25 RD I485 case

same with me

very simple and straight case
altough I did not get a notice, so I am not sure what they need (in meantime I am preparing everything hoping they will ask everything)
is there RFE for RFE ?
 
nov27 and others with RFE

The case is a very straight forward case. Sometime back somebody posted that his documents are sent/verified with Dept of state. When compared to this, I am guessing that, nov27\'s first H1 expired and there is no renewal beacuse of EAD. Some people may have opinion that INS is issuing EAD,approving I-140,approving H1s etc. and what the heck INS is doing in issuing RFE about this case. But in my view they may verify our validity with each dept with the documents they have and so with Dept of state also. This dept may have an update of our record only when we have our passport stamped with Visa. That\'s the validity of an alien. Hence my guess in this case is due to that.

Please post anyone with the same situation got RFE? I am just trying to figure out. Sorry if have wrongly interpreted.
