Our office received an RFE from the INS because your medical examination
(Form I-693) does not state the results of your Syphilis Test. They have
returned your medical exam and you will be required to return the physician
who completed your medical exam, so the results of your Syphilis Test can
be recorded on your Form I-693. Once your medical exam is completed,
please have your physician sign and seal the medical exam in an envelope.

You will take this medical exam back to your physician and have him complete the results of your Syphilis Test."

any experience?

This is really absurd.

I have so far seen RFE\'s for supplementary forms. This is like INS teasing some one.Just take the test....what else to do?
 
Another incompetent physician

Most likely your doctor did not complete the medical form properly. Of course there is no way for us to check this cuz we get medical form in sealed envelope.

I would recommend that you go back to the doctor and blast him/her for incompetency. Tell them that they need to get it right this time, and that before they seal the forms in the envelope, you want to review them to validate the physician got it right this time.

I was also a victim of RFE as a result of incomplete medical.

Yes, I will take your advise and blast doctor..but english has bad words like \'apology\' and \'sorry\'...does not make dead man alive..
