REF for both i-140 and 485. same day

I got this message for I140 and I485. Does anybody in the similar situation.

Yes! I changed my address on sep 8th.

My I140 and I485 ND 4/18/03.
 
No RFE for I-485

I-485 message is standard message when you change address by calling customer service. Its not RFE and you have only got RFE for I-140.

There is no RFE on 140 either..... read the status message again.. its same for 140 and 485

Do you think its not actually RFE.
