Ref during H1B Transfer application

I am working on H1 since past 1 year. I have applied for H1 transfer on premium process. I have received REF that I am not holding a degree related to computer science field, so please provide additional supportive documents and degree evaluation for H1 application.

Actually I have a master degree in computational engineering from Europe, that is related to computer system analysis and design of engineering application. Now how can I prove to INS that I have a master degree in Computer science related field?

Get your educational transcripts and degree certificates evaluated by one of the academic credential evaluation agencies such as WES(www.wes.org)

They will describe each document and state their US equivalency. This may help proving that your degree from Europe is equivalent to a computer degree from USA.
