Got REF on Nov 28.
Here is details :

1. Empl letter with duties , salary , date of hire and prospect for
continued employment.
2. Last TEN month pay-stub.
3. Tax return , W-2 , 1099 forms for lst two years.
4. Complete G-325 forms.

Is urs a straight forward case?

From ur details it looks like a straight forward case.

- Was there any LC substitution?
- Did u use AC21?
- Did you provide all the documents?
- Was there any break in your stay in the US?

I am wondering about the reqt for TEN months paystubs and the 325 info.

I did change my employer two times on EAD.
Also I change my address from VSC to TSC.
I did notified INS for every move for address and employment change.
Above two things generated RFE.

I also changed employer from VSC jurisdiction to NSC on Aug 02 and informed employer change with new employment letter. Then moved to another place in NSC jurisdiction and informed address change. I got RFE for employment and 6 pay-stubs on Sep 11, 2002. Reply received by INS on Oct 14 and my case got approved on Nov 19. I applied my wife's 485(Apr02) after 3 months of mine(Jan 02). She got 2nd FP scheduled on Nov 20 and She got approved on Dec 4th.

my rfe

i am asked for following

employement letter , tax return, and copy of all pages of my passport...they did not ask me for paystubs.
