I'm a USC and my wife has her GC interview scheduled on Feb 8th.
My wife is planning on a 12-14 month trip abroad after she gets her green card in hand.
1. Can she apply for a reentry permit right away after the interview assuming they grant her LPR status?
2. She did her Biometrics 3 months ago. Does she have to get it done again for re-entry permit ?
3. How long does it take to get the re-entry permit ? Can you collect the re-entry permit abroad ?
