reentry permit expires in December 2009

Hello,

I am out of the country and my 2 years reentry permit expires the 16 December 2009.

I can come back to the country in Mid November but cant stay mor than 10 days as I have a heart surgery to be made in France December 7.

If applying for another rentry permit , Can I have the biometrics appointment within 10 days?

if not, would it be possible to come for 10 days in November and not stay out of the country more than 6 months and return in February for exemple ? Would I loose my Green Card ? Once back in February , could I apply for another rentry permit ?

also where is you income coming from, where is your family, did you file taxes, own property?
 
My wife went back to WV one month ago with my 4 years son..

She just delivered and I am having another son...

We always filed taxes as residents...Currently,I am working in an oil and gas company in Tunisia..and due to the US economic crisis and other medical reasons, I had to stay here...

We dont own anything there...

So I can go for 10 days and come back in Feb for exemple?
