Redoing Finger Printing

Has any one got notice to redo their finger printing for 1-485 for those you exceeded 15 months after their first finger print????

Before 15 months!!!

Received a finger print notice last week. I had finished my finger printing last March and automated message always said "the results of your finger printing.........................processing resumed".

What did your letter say that you got from INS:

Did it say something meaning like this

" since your finger prints expired as it crossed ?? months, you need to re-appear for the finger printing".

I have one question:
Generally they say that the finger prints expire after 15 months according to INS, if that is the case you have got your finger printing done in last MARCH, so it is just 10 months, then why are they sending these letters.

Does your lawyer say anything on this?
