I've been waiting to pass my name check since December 2005. My NIW-I-140 was approved in April 2006. I've done my biometrics in late 2005. Yesterday I received a letter from USCIS to do another biometrics in a month OR they will consider my application as abondoned! Is this typical with USCIS to redo biometrics once a while? This doesnt make sense! do they think that I have changed my finger prints?!?!?!??!?! Does this mean by any chance that I'm getting close to the end of this stupid process? I appreciate if someone shares his/her similar experience with me...
