Guys,

I'm excited. I just go 4 email for myself and my wife. Approved today.
Insitated status enquiry on Oct 22nd. Guess it worked.
Simple case. Salary 50% higher than labor. My wife just left to India yesterday. I guess I need to bring her back in AP.
I did get that 'wait for 90 days BS' letter from BCIS. Until now the messages was the same standard 'responded to ur query' ......

I should thank EVERYONE on this forum. It really helped.

Well, that's great. I think your wife should not have any problem using AP. They might even stamp her PP when she returns at the POE

Congrats

Congrats. LUD theory is doing great now the days.

It appears that department handling the status inquiry is independent of department sending the file to approval area, as most of all receive a standard message ( for some the message is received after approval !! ). Unless they see a genuine case of delay ( like 2002 RD cases ) they just reply plain and simple.

Congrats....
Don't worry about the BS letter. That may not mean much (I got one yesterday!) but I suspect that it may have triggered action! Enjoy the freedom.
Waiting!
