Recruiting process again

Hi,

I was hired to the company about to years ago, through the regular recruiting process. At that time they had posted the Job opening on the paper as well as few other sites including the company website. If the company is planing to file my LC do they need to go through the recruiting steps ( ad on the paper) all over again.

Absolutely. The PERM process has many mandatory recruitment steps that must be taken in order to test the US labor market. Only if there are no willing, able, or available US workers may your Labor Certification be filed.
