Regarding this phone service request, I hope to keep this petition simple and straight forward to be more effective.

1. We all know talking to IIO is pretty much useless anyway, it just makes you feel u get some "information", and they keep giving you misleading hopes like " you should hear something in 30-60 days", so what's the point of bring them back?

2. if you ask too much, you lost the focus. I think the purpose of this petition is to push for expedite the delayed processing caused by the security check. If this delay issue is resolved, there is no need of talking to IIOs
 
800 number

All,

I was finally able to get the 800 number for the first time today!

Representative took my info and told me that they will send in an enquiry.

When I asked how long should I wait for the next follow-up, I was told to wait for 3-4 weeks and then call the 800 number again...
