Received second FP notice two days ago.

Me too, called IIO today, she told me that everything is fine and they have heavy backlogs but I should hear soemthing soon in "FEW" weeks.

I am hearing about the few weeks since January this year.

I said how come people from Dec-01 are getting approved she said that does not mean that there are no pending cases from the earlier months.

Now from June, I guess they are turning off the IIO also, then it will be more greater pain as atleast these IIO's give some hope

What can we do?

Can we file inquiry form somewhere or complain form somewhere? Why it is so fxxking unfair to us? We are wasting our life day after day for two years for this damn thing, and seems no end at all.
 
seems BCIS is spreading cases from Sept 01 to Feb 02, there are always left-overs for each month. I guess BCIS doesn't even know how many cases were left behind every month.

BCIS is really messing up everything. I saw people got double RFEs, tripple RFEs, RFE after RFE, double approval notice, ..... FP after FP ... Can anybody tell me how the hell they reduce their workload? :confused:

I am still here too.
I have received a 2nd FP notice for Jun 17th.

I believe our cases might be pending because of security check. In all my calls to IIO, no one ever told me that my security check was complete, despite me asking almost all the time.
 
Called this morning

Asked questions about my case status and was told everything is fine except I need to re-take finger print, after that it will take 30 - 45 days to hear results.

Also asked about whether background check is done or not, but he wouldn't tell me that.

I am waiting, lawyer called INS

VCS said they are waiting both me and my spouse security check result. If they received the result, they will put pull our case in complete adjusitcation. If they could not received before 06/07, we will be rescheduled a fingerprints.

what the mean of "put pull our case in complete adjusitcation"?
any ideas?
