Transfer of B2 to E2.
Hi Mr. Rajiv,
My situation is my family is in US since end of May on B2 Visa. They have five years multiple Visa expiring in 2015. There legal stay would be expiring in end of Nov. I applied 2times for myself but got refused.
My questions are:
Should we try to get their Visa converted from B2 to E2 ? Is this technically OK and how much chances are there for its approval ?
If we apply for Change of status to E2, Can we apply E2 for myself in same application or should I wait until their petition is approved ?
If this gets approved , is there any way we can get green card in future ?
