Citizenship case pending since Jan/2009

Filed for citizenship in Jan/2009 in Philadelphia
Interviewed in May/2009 - Interview was successful. Their internet was down, so the officer said he would update my case later in the system
Scheduled 2 infopass. No update.
Contacted local senators office. Their response was wait for local field office.
Contacted Ombudsmens office in Jan/2010. Their response on March/15 was wait for local field office, your case is under review.

Never even had a driving ticket. What do I do next?

Hi Rajiv,

I am a US Citizen wanting to process GC for parents currently in India (they have 10 yrs US multiple entry visa).

What is the best and fastest way to process ?

1. Is Consular processing faster than processing while they are here ?
2. Can i file I130 and I485 together ? (they are currently in India),
3. If i file 130 and 485 together can they travel US<=>India while the process is going on ? or stay here in US until they get GC ?

Please guide me the recommended approach.
