If she is engaged to a US citizen, why not simply go on a K-1 visa?

She should have kept her ticket/boarding passes to prove her travel dates.

She should not us a B2 to enter to marry or after marriage with the intent to AOS. This is contrary to US laws governing B-2. She should file for the K-1/K-3 as appropriate.
