Reco letters submission

In the I-140 petition, do we have to arrange the reco letters from Known and Unknown people separately or they just have to be clubbed together under one heading.
 
For my EB1-EA application, I am going to put the reference letter from my Ph.D. advisor at the top, following by the letters from my closest collaborators, then the letters from the independent experts. In the cover letter I have written excerpts from each reference letter, and in the case of letters from independent experts, I mention in bold that this person is not personally acquainted with me.
