My 6th year on my H-1 ends on 13th Feb, 2007. I had been in India for around 3 months on a vacation. Can I reclaim this on my H1-B and work here till May?
----------------------YES, file the extension of H1 to recapture the days spent out of US, attach the copy of passport pages that have entry stamp to US (employer need to file H1 extension BEFORE I-94 gets expired)
Does anybody know about a form that I can look at ?
