Recived Caips Scored 62 Points But..

But now my education level has gone up by another two years. I am still waiting for an interview in the caip notes the only reason for interview is to verify my work experience. So experts I have three Questions

1. what is my chances considering new rules & my education level
the caips says 62 PTS at PPS

2. Should I inform NY Consulate with the change of my education level

3. At the BF date on caips (bring forward) its all blank is that normal

You should advise the visa office of the change in your education since the submission of your application. In the absence of all the details of your case, it would be difficult to respond to the other questions.
