Recived 3rd FP notice only for me as primary

Hi All,

This is my 3rd FP notice received by my attorney. It strange that last time me , my wife and my daughter all received FP notices. But this time only I received the notice. Is it normal to receive Primary or still they may get later on.

When did you do your 2nd FP? Was it code 3?
Please let me know...

My Second FP was on April 2005. I remember code was :3.

Now the code is 1.

so did your online status change to "Fingerprint review completed" and then you got 3rd FP NOTICE?

My PD is becoming current next month and we did code 3 in July 2005 hence very anxious....
 
Hi Harkad,

You are absolutely right. My online status changed to "Fingerprint review completed" and got the 3rd FP notice with code '1'. I wonder why my family did not get the FP.

Same for me. I got the 3rd FP notice around 01/13/2007 only for me, and did it on 01/17/2006.

When did u do your fingerprint and any new information so far?

Did you get any LUD on your I-485 after your recent Fingerprint? I also did my code 1 FP on Jan 20 and did not see any update yet. Based on my and other people's previous experience, they usually update very quickly (within 3 days). I wonder if they are now using the new concentralized background checking system (Effecttive from Jan 3, 2007, see 12/5/06 news on immigration-law.com) and slow down everything again. I hope it will not become another backlog center.

Hi jbxieperm2005,

I did not get LUD afer the 3rd FP was done. Based on information on this forum, this is normal for 3rd FP, and you do not need to worry about it. I think we just need more patience.

did your family receive FP notices finally? Please respond...

My Family did not receive FP. I took a Infopass app. to check why they did not send for family?. They said that its not required for family, if I want I can request them. I thought its fine at least as a primary applicant I have completed them.

I think it should be fine with you.

Regarding doing FP early: I did once. I went to the office (in Boston) a week before my appointment, they did it.

Good luck. Hope you will get your long waiting (years) approval as soon as you complete FP.

When didi you do your last FP? Any case update afterwards? I heard that generaly the case simliar to yours should be approved within 60~90 days after the FP is done, is it true?

Hi H1CA,

We never know, I got the FP request, when my cuurent FP is expired. They did not change any status afterwards. I went to infopass and found that they received and they are valid. Today I got the on-line email saying that my case is transfered to LINCON, NE... I think lot of pepole got this. I don't know why they are sending to other office. Do we know any common reason for that.
