PLEASE HELP ..recieved response for my SR opened in July.What does this message mean?

Folks on July 14th this year I opened an SR and got a following reply on Friday. What does this message mean? please let me know your thoughts. Does it mean I am past name check black hole?

I got this msg in response to my SR

Your case is currently under review. It is assigned to our customer service division. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter.

Different set of wording? they may have multiple templates, eh?
