Ok, here's what I got. USCIS sent back my I 693 and sated that I did not sign it in the precense of examining physician. Now I have to go back to the civil surgeon and make him open the sealed envelope they sent me and sign it.

sort of the same thing happend to me.
i got an RFE the week before last week, asking me to properly finish one section in I-485. Now they've already received my response. I wish they can get my case approved next week. Don't worry, we're almost there!! :) :)

I left one section unanswered/blank. All I did is just send back the answer for that section. Since everything's smooth so far, I'm anticipating GC in my hand this month. Good luck to all of us!!
