recieved greencard but error

my date of birth enter on card is incorrect
instead of
they entered instead of 01 they entered 10 for date of birth
what should i do with my cvonditional greenacrd
shud i take info pass
or what
dilemma
please4 help

If it is your understanding that you have the correct date on all your forms and USCIS made the boo-boo, file form I-90 to have it corrected and indicate that it is a USCIS mistake. Review the copy of your submitted forms first to be sure it wasnt your mistake else it would take a long time to get it corrected.

THE SITUTAION IS
ALL THE FORMS SUBMITTED IN I 485 --
THE LAWTER SECRETARY FILLED EXCEPT THE FIRST PAGE ALL OTHER AREAS SHE FILLED CORECTLY
BUT ON THE FIRST PAGE SHE FILLED IT AS XX/10/XXXX INSTEAD OF
MY CORRECT ONE XX/01/XXXX.
SO WHEN I WENT TO INTERVIEW IWE TALKED WITH INTERVIEW OFFICER AND GOT UPDATED IN THE SYSTEM -- AND MY COREECT BIRTHDATE WAS UPDATED --- IT WAS TYPE ERROR.

I HAD MANY ISSUES WITH MY ATTORNEY -- THEY JSUT SAID AT THE THE INTERVIEW TIME CORRECT -- SO WE DID

AND THEN ONLY I GOT MY SSN since after our interview we went straight to
social securtoiy office and they checked in the system the error was corrected then after approval i got my ssn

so i was thinking thank god my date off birth is updated

but now when i recieved my card --it is photo taken during my finger print time with same data ---
quote when i recieved my EAD also with same shirt color phioto i went to my district office and showed them we filled correctly the i 745 form so he re-issued us the card with taking a new photo and corrected my date of birth and also the EAD card has the finger print taken at that time and the second photograph.

so now what it appears is that they must have used the same first EAD card photo and printed my date of birth xx/10/xxxx. so i recieved it

now questions is
1) can i go to DO office after taking info pass appointment and re issue the new PR card.

2) if not if i file I-90 what is the maximum time period i can expect the card
and how much is the fees.

3)iam quiet sure the intevriew officer did updated in the system , i e why iam ablr to get ssn i was satified since the ssn office guy said yeah your date of birth is corrected .

1. INFOPASS. If the officer tells you that he sees your DOB correctly on his system, then you can call it a USCIS boo-boo. They wont re-issue your card right away. You still need to file I-90.
2. Ask your lawyer to fix it for you. His job is not ever yet, since it was his boo-boo in the first place, let him break his head and think of something.

:D :D Suzy, since when do you worry about fees and applying? You got all your hangout spots along I-5 which would be handy whenever you need them ;) ;) :D

Along I-5 or any other places for that matter, fees has to be paid, nothing is free in this life, my friend, you didn't know that ;)
