Recieved 485 approval letter and got PP stamped.

My 485 was approved on July 3rd and I received the approval letter yesterday on July 9th. Got the Passport stamped today at the INS office.

PD Feb 99 although been in this country for 10 years now, ND Feb 00, Approval date July 3, 01 EB3 (had an MS ).

I have the exactly same question. My attorney hasn\'t received the original copy yet. I have to go to Philly INS. Can I get it stamped with curtesy copy only. Please reply if you get a moment.

U can get stamped with curtesy copy. All u need are:
1) Curtesy Copy
2) Valid Passport with I-94 in it
3) Two photographs
4) Any approvals like EAD, Parole etc.....

I got it stamped at Pittsburgh w/ the courtesy copy. Need 2 photos, I94, AP and EAD\'s.

yes the avm changed on the 3rd itself as soon as the case was approved.
