Recent VSC I-485 Tracking List (Update everyday!)

from this it looks like people with ND = 10/99 still haven\'t been called for fingerprinting. Still others who have an ND of 6/2000 have??? What is the criteria for being called for fingerprinting? I assumed that they are in order of ND. Does this mean that those people with ND = 10/99 have been called for fingerprinting but have not updated the list?
