RFE details
I just got the RFE letter with details. They need (1) Birth certificate (2) Current job description and experience letter with pay rate and (3) Proof of status between F1 and H1b.
I am planning on sending them the EAD card as proof for (3). Any suggestions?
Can anyone suggest on (2). Mine is a labor substitute. I am not sure if the job description for which the labor is cleared is what they are looking for. Should I just send them the job description of my job or should I send them the job description for which the labor is cleared? Any suggestions please.

I have submitted only Certificate from Consulate. Will it generate RFE for BC?

I had submitted only a affidavit from my parents that I was born on xx date and yy place. Now I have the BC.

For my wife I submitted Hospital certificate and they are asking local athority certificate. so now i am planning to submit B Form and No Record certificate along with affdavite.....

Waiting for approval!
Our case has been apporved today! I'm just amazed how fast NSC is these days. They received our RFE Friday and approved on Tuesday. It's just 3 working days. Thanks everyone here and good luck.
