Recent RFEs and approval dates

Hi all,

Let's start a tracker for RFEs. I know that there was one such tracker in the past but most of those RFEs were received a few months back. If you received an RFE recently, please fill in the following information:
1) RFE received date and type of RFE
2) Response received by USCIS
3) LUD changes
4) Approval/intent to deny notice dates or still waiting
5) 485 ND and Priority date

My RFE dates:
1. RFE received - 11/23/04 (from USCIS web site) EVL
RFE received by lawyer - 11/29/04
2. RFE Response received by USCIS - 12/09/04
3. LUD (for response received) - 12/10/04
4. AD ????????
5. 485 ND 5/1/04 Priority Date: September 2002

1st LUD on I485 - 8/4/04 - after FP.
2nd LUD on I485 - 12/15/04 - RFE issued (Waiting for the mail)
3rd LUD on I485 - 12/16/04

No LUD on I140

RFE for dependent only

They issued a RFE for dependent on 12/17/04 even though the primary's application was approved on 08/12/04. Don't know the details but I'll post them soon I get info from lawyer.

RFE Type,
- original copy of translations (for documents not in English). copy was submitted earlier.
- secondary evidence of date of birth. late registration birth certificate was submitted earlier.
- basis for current employment so far since 485 filed
- letter verifying continued employment
A long list but pretty normal stuff to provide.

I recieved RFE for incomplete info in the medical forms regarding a vaccination. The letter indicated what vaccine to take, and complete the 693 form by doctor..... CAn i reply to this RFE on my own or should i inform my lawyer?????

Any thoughts.......

How come you received the RFE, as far as I know for 485 lawyer gets the RFE notice (if you have a lawyer), its good that you got it, My suggestion is go to the doctor get the vaccination and send it yourself.
 
I am thinking on answering myself..... Do I have to attach any cover letter with it? Does anyone have format for it???
 
When i received RFE for my advance parol, I just used the RFE notice as a cover, When there is only one item in your RFE then I guess you don't need any cover, its pretty much obvious wat you are sending to them.

RFE received: Dec 6th, 2004 Employment verification
RFE replied and received by CIS: Dec 17th, 2004
LUD changed: Dec 20th, 21st 2004
Waiting for approval!

RFE mail received finally :)

Mine is Employment Letter from current employer
spouse rfe is for birth certificate.

My attorney got both RFEs today

That should be easy for you now. Just make sure to get it in as soon as you can. I had the same RFE and my application was approved on the 3rd working day after USCIS received my RFE response.
