SEDCAT66 thanks for the analysis. Interesting to note that none of the RFE\'s recieved in MAY are approved yet. Maybe I am wrong but looks like INS is working on RFE cases based on RFE recieved date. Just a thought....

My details have shown up wrong. Please update it as follows:

RFE sent April 6th
RFE Received by INS and AVM updated May 4th.

Still waiting for approval.
I am not sure, why my post earlier is showing wrong dates. Please make the changes.

Thanks for putting this up. It is relieving to see so many people waiting after RFE. Couple of my colleagues got approval within 2 days after AVM update, and I was little tense about my case not yet being approved.

This thread might help us to understand the pattern of recent RFEs. Have been RFEd, waiting for the letter, ND 3/00. What was RFE issued for in your cases?, would be great if we share that information. Any information in an oasis situation like this would be great.
